About Us

Your Child Is in Great Hands

Our Philosphy

We believe that all children and families deserve to feel welcomed and included, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other uniquenesses. We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for every child, and we are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our programs.

One way we prioritize inclusivity and accessibility is by regularly reviewing and updating our policies and practices to ensure that they align with the latest research and best practices on diversity and inclusion. We also seek out and incorporate feedback from families, staff, and community members to continually improve our approach.

For LGBTQ+ families, we understand that it can be challenging to find a safe and affirming childcare environment. We want to assure these families that our youth programs are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all. We understand that gender and sexual orientation are a natural part of human diversity, and we celebrate the unique identities of all children and families in our care. Our youth coordinators are trained to use inclusive language and to support children in expressing their gender identity in a way that feels authentic to them.

Similarly, we recognize that families from Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities may have unique cultural practices, values, and experiences that are important to their identity and sense of belonging. We aim to create a culturally responsive and inclusive environment that values and respects the diversity of all families. We strive to create a curriculum that is reflective of the rich cultural and linguistic diversity of our children and families and that honors their heritage and traditions.

We also recognize that accessibility goes beyond just creating a physically accessible space. It is important to us that all children and families feel welcome and included in all aspects of our program, regardless of ability or any other characteristic. We work to provide accommodations for children with disabilities and to ensure that all families have equal access to our program and services.

Overall, we are committed to fostering an environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our program. We believe that every child and family has unique strengths and challenges, and we are dedicated to supporting them in achieving their full potential.
